having problems trying to get the m motor mounts out, i loosen the bolts and they just spin , so to tell me they put bolts in the frame? i cant get to them inside the frame..

your trying to change frame mounts? If so, you have to get a long boxed wrench to go through the holes on the side of the frame to take the bolts out. Or, you can take out the springs to get at the bolts....

that sucks.. so then will the bolt fall out then in the frame ? i want to rust seal that area and but if i have to take bunch stuff off not wanting to do that

If that's all you are doing, don't bother. It can be a huge pain trying to get them out.

if you want to get to the bolts easy you need to remove the lower A arm...and when you put them back in use serrated flanged bolts and nuts, put the bolts in from the frame side and you'll be able to spin the nuts on and the serrated flange on the bolt head will bite into the metal so you can torque the nut without having to get a wrench on the head

It's a lot harder taking the old ones out than putting the new ones in. I was able to get to some of the nuts inside the frame with a couple swivels and a 3/8" ratchet. The swivels were a little loose, so I wrapped them with a little masking tape and was then able to sort of bend them how they needed to be to get to the head. I used an angled box wrench on at least one of them. Out of all of them, I only had to cut one off. It's easy enough to get inside the frame with a magnetic probe if you drop things in there. Pontiacgp is right to use the serrated hardware, but I also did put a wrench on them. The serrations bite to some extent, but having the wrench on them just guarantees they won't spin.

no its much easier getting thed old ones off because you just use a grinder and grind the heads of the bolts off, its by far the quickest way of doing it.

as for putting them in, i was able to use a socket and swivel thru the lower a arm slot and feed the bolts up thru with a lock washer. as soon as i got all of them starting to tighten, the lock washers worked their magic.
