Will this be a easy job
Easy will be determined in your preparedness.

You'll need the correct TV cable, have to modify the trans crossmember, have to adapt fuel supply for carb, obviously all of the front engine accessories have to be addressed, wiring for starter, alternator, electric choke (if equipped), oil pressure and temp sensors and dizzy need to be addressed. From what others are saying you'll need to address a motor mount difference. Might be more.

If you have a plan for the known items, then the task will go easier. For jobs like this I make a list that I hang on the wall so I can add to as new items develop and cross off as items are completed. Going about this without a plan will lead to disaster IMHO and having to do things multiple times.

Regarding the wiring, don't worry about making it clean looking until the motor starts and runs correctly. I clean up all of the wiring and plumbing after it's running. Others might go at it differently, but what I've described is what I do, so take my comments with a grain of salt.

One thing I can add is any 80 and up Cutlass, regal, or Grand Prix with a V-6 231 Buick motor will have the mounts you need. The 231 and 350 Buicks share a lot of parts. After 1980 only Buick made 6cylinder engines. It shouldn't be to hard to find a set of those mounts. Someone else here can probably tell you the correct location and holes to bolt them to. As for the transmission, you should use a g- force cross member because I'm sure you will want dual exhaust.

I have a 350 Olds and a TH700r4 in my ‘80 Cutlass. Not sure about the exact length of the 350 Buick but I had to cut back the mounting pad for the trans crossmember (TH350 rubber mount) and shorten the driveshaft. It wasn’t a big deal to do the swap, the lock up converter is a stand alone set up from B&M, ATI or the like.

The crossmember is an easy mod for dual exhaust, a welder, angle iron or channel steel and it’s done. 👍
