Stock bumpers narrowed an inch on each side.

tucked glass bumpers,OR shorten/weld the ends on the factory chrome bumpers,tuck,then paint black.and put the 82/83 header back on and mod you some 87-90 caprice composites(headlights) :wink: this is what im currently running on my 87 elco,until i score a choo-choo nose )
