i just bought the cutlass about a month ago and ive found out that tryn 2 get interior pieces is harder than what i thought and if any1 knows my car has a 307 4barrel v8 engine and the transmission is a 4 seed shifter on the floor so if any1 could tell me what my car is id apreciate it.. thanks Josh

It's the performance version of the Cutlass. There was fewer cars produced with bucket seats, console, floor shifter, t-tops, so that is why it can be harder finding parts for it. What parts are you looking for?

If the drive train is all original, you have the very wanted 200-4R trans with the 8.5 rear end. The 307 is the high performance version even though it still isn't that powerful.

If you want to add power to it, don't. They really have no potential without spending tons of money. Your best bet would be to take out that engine and install and Olds 350 or 403. They are a direct drop in with no modifications needed. That way if you ever want to sell the car, you can easily put the old 307 in and be able to get more money for the car because it is all original.

the salon does not have a 8.5, it is a 7.5, a 442 which is a souped up salon model has the 8.5. and the value of the car with a stock 307 being more then with a after market motor is up for debate....

almost all of the interior and i need a new water pump pulley cuz it grinds on the crank pulley and the grill and maybe a new trunk and the door locks and 2 get it inspected and 2 get the title transfered from a salvage 2 a r title but i heard after a while i can send in the r title and get a regular 1
