I couldn't understand what he was saying either 😛. but yeah check your throttle linkage, I had the same problem Too once , the throttle linkage was gettig stuck on the new carb, check that first

Yeah, if you want us to give any effort towards you issue please put a little more effort into structuring your sentences properly so we can comprehend them. Its one thing to talk that way, but u go typing that way there is no way in hell the knowledgeable ones will bother reading that. Gives me a headache decoding that..... as stated before, start by checking for issues with your throttle cable and report back.
