The engine compartment is looking nice and tidy. It's good to see a fresh new drivetrain in there. I guess most of the remaining work is cosmetics...interior, etc....and patching and painting up your floors. That's always a fun job.
Keep it going man. I love to see progress, even if it's not mine.

Don't get crazy. I thought they were out in your acreage. Whenever you get an chance, that's cool... Unless it's too painful to take pics of these cars...I'd understand.

I think the outward look of it is going to be a bit of a sleeper. Just going to look like a ragged out old wagon that will pack a mild punch. Interior is coming along with the help of Kevin, couldnt have got it looking this good without his parts. Have almost everything changed over to black and i think Toby has a bench seat im going to look at. So as long as the inside is nice and clean and all one color and the engine runs good ill be happy. Going to repaint it in eastwoods hotrod satin black and plastidip the rallys flat red.

I had those stupid lift blocks under CUT springs on my wagon when i got it! Some people's kids!! Wagon looks great!

I like the plan, Josh.
Keep it simple and unassuming. Yes, Kevin has been instrumental in helping me find nice door panels and seat belt parts for me.
...thanks again, Kevin.
Keep up the good work. Sometimes I think I should have just stuck to a simple satin black..oh well, too late now..

I love satin black, to me its just the perfect color in todays standards. Not to flat, not to glossy. Really makes whatever its covering take on a more performance look. I am throwing in a little twist, i have the ss badge in the grill from a 70 chevelle (fits really well to the contour of the malibu grill) cant tell its not stock and i will be putting the SS decals off a monte carlo on the doors to give it a factory SS feel. Just to get people to wonder if there ever was such a animal. Also the chin spoiler from an elcamino will be added. If i can find a steering wheel off a monte carlo ss in good shape ill add that as well

The Chevelle SS badge in the grille looks good. As for SS badges on the side, consider the smaller SS badges from something like a '64-'65 Chevelle SS. They're a little more subtle looking than the screamin' SS on Monte Carlo SS.

You might want to check with my buddy Greg for the Monte SS steering wheel.. (MightyCarlo86). He's a good guy and will take good care of you. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=47700#.Ul7MMNK-qb8
