after losing my 79 z28 to a rear end collusion im still hart broke i had her for 15 years and biult it from the ground up i found this 85 monte race car and bout it and did a ground up resto on her just got it back frome the paint shop looks awesome she has a 600 hp 383 stroker and a Bill turbo 350 race transmission i hope she gose as good as my camaro did thanks jim

Nice. I like it. Welcome to the forum. Looks like you've got a clean Monte Carlo and it's not an SS! Bonus points for that. 600HP should move it down the road pretty quick. Have you reinforced the frame?

We just reinforced the uper and lower trailing arms and all seams to b fine i gess we will find out the first time she gose down the track its a street strip car thanks for comenting jim

Welcome to the site from Houston. Cool car. With that much HP be sure to add all the bolt in frame braces you can find. That would have been a good candidate for boxing the frame. I hope you replaced the body bushings. Check out this thread....
