I notice your v6 has a way different air cleaner then my regal has.Yours looks bigger.edit...noticed it has the 4.1 does it have the 4brl carb

The rust is not that bad really i have took vinyl roofs off camaros and mustangs and found rust holes you could stick a finger or two in.The reason it rust is under the vinyl was primer only no paint and as soon as the vinyl cracked water got in and it held it.

yea my buddy told me that so its not so bad now... just have it fixed and the painted...
