I'm not sure what holes you are talking about. To fill in a small hole I'd just fill it with a small weld and grind it flush

The bottom ones on the door and from the fender they like alittle smaller then a dime,But i should weld them better then using bondo

Thanks now i need find someone who welds

you can bondo them, I just find welding quicker and easier. You could also braze them with a oxy/propane torch

you can use a panel bond.3M and sem make one that works great. they use it to glue body panels on now days.
welding is the correct way but if your looking for east fix use the panel bond. Just tap the edges down a bit and put some tape on the back so it doesn't run through and let her buck

You can find smaller welding machines used at reasonable prices. It's not too hard to learn how to weld and it's a skill that'll be useful for lots of things, iit'll save you money and maybe make you money
