Need help with gauges

Follow this. It will give the color and pin number for the gauges. the top are sweep gauges bottom are locations for round gauges.

I found this thing under the dash today but don't think it is related to gauges but it might be there are wires going in one side but none coming out of this side does anyone know what this is for
