I'm not 100% sure but I think they should be the same for the Cutlass and the Monte. As for the shorty headers and Long tube headers. I think you get better power out of the long tube headers but a lot of people use the shorty headers for clearance issues and they don't hang and scrape on the ground like a lot of full length headers do. They shorty headers are usually cheaper also.
I used ones for a MCSS with my 355 and they work just fine. Same car, slight difference in styling but no real mechanical differences between a Cutlass and a Monte with the same engine and trans.
I have long tubes in my Camino (Dynomax) and only the stupid drivers side has touched the ground a few times. My car is lowered about two inches. Ya just gotta watch it but I'd say go long tube.
get a hedman long tube, you will thank yourself when you do not need to deal with collector gaskets. get a copper gasket right away, and use a bit of that rtv copper silicone to help seal it up. i would stay with a major brand, hooker, hedman, and actually patriot makes the most reasonable ceramic coated headers.
