car is ready to drive. gotta hook up fuel lines and fix my rear... wich brings me to my problem. i have a 28 spline S-10 limited slip (gave to me, works flawlesly) but i have no 28 spline axles. is there anyting factory gbody width (28 7/16") in a 28 spline version? please lol. thanks

Yep, the axles out of a g-body 8.5 rear will work, that's it as far as i can remember or buy a set of mosers.
so 8.5 axles WILL fit in my 7.5. what should i look for in the local bone yards for an 8.5. i'm sure i'ts been gone over but i cant remember
You would be looking for grand nationals and 442's, but if you found those rears you should just buy the whole thing 8) . That's why you most likely won't find them 🙁
i bit the bullet and put the old diff back in lol. i've got a 9" laying on my back porch i could have in and running (with a mini spool) for 250. i just cant justify spending that much money on the 7.5 with the 9" on the back porch. sucks being poor :lol:
