Neutral safety switch on 79 Monte

View attachment 254951I know your not recommending doing this but just to give me an idea could you circle on this picture of what gets connected to each terminal?

That'll be something I would have to have it in front of me to see which switch works for back up or neutral safety.. To see which is which, get a self powered test light & see which on lights it up in reverse & park+neutral. For me in this situation I would make plug & play hanesses to look like a factory set up so I wouldn't have to cut wire.

Kinda but you need to know which micro switch is which. I may have a fix for you to make things work. Give me the weekend to dig into some of the spare stuff I in my stash.

Looks like there’s no fixing it right now, dad tried to help and snapped off one of the prongs on the top, going to have to order new switch
