Never heard a motor make this sound!!!

What is this!?! The sound has been driving me crazy , it's coming from the front of the motor , I replaced the harmonic balancer because the last one was shot but I thought that would fix it, then I replaced the water pump because you can "feel the sound" when you touch it. Does anyone know what this could possibly be, Motor is a sbc 350 , past owner says its cam swapped but doesn't really sound cam swapped to me

Bad clutch fan.

remove the v belt to the water pump pulley and start it up to see if the noise goes away

Np dude, had alot of em sounding like that. Last one was a for F150. Glad I could help.
