Thanks for the welcome yall I appreciate it. I will try and post up some more pix later. Just got the car not too long ago. It was set up for SBC. I am a Buick guy so I am changin it back over to 350" Buick/trans. The engine that going in it is a simple pump gas deal. Just wanna get it running and going first then I will move up from there. Just trying to do the A-typical bracket car with this one....... big tire, light weight, under powered. Should run the number every time without spinnin a lick. The color is a darker green. Looks to be a factory color but not sure yet. Gotta get into a chip book and see, but I DO like it. I does need paint so I am gonna have to think about that later. But first get it fired up again and go from there. Have an appointment at the chassis shop coming up to get it at set up too so I am gonna have to get crackin' on it.

Thanks again , more later......

Roll cage and fat Welds wheels...looking good.

No.

No you can and will not....!

No, just plain no.

Say it with me, no!

Its not gonna' happen, NO!!!

Now that I got that out, you're not gonna' put a pump gas 350 in that car, nope, you're gonna' pump a pump gas 455 Buick in that car like god intended!

Looks good, score a 455, NOW!

From a Buick and Big Block guy.

LOL, Bar50. Oh yes, yes I WILL, YESSSS, and YES I already HAVE put a 350" In there.

You seeeeeee I had a 64' lark' awhile back. Did the 455" thing, well 464" first actually............... then I broke a block. So I built another one(stock bore 10-1), and thennnnnnnnnn, I broke a block. So I built one more last one, one more time. 8 to 1 comp. good heads, wildcat intake, and sprayed it(150), anddddddddddd you guessed it........... broke the block. OH I MIGHT ADD, this all happened in a span of 5 months during 1 summer. Motors NEVER went over 6400 in the 64' at 3200lb. THAT ENDED IT !

That was about the time I heard about a procharged 350 that made over 1K hp on a stock block, ported heads and stock ported intake. No more broken blocks for me, Im a 350" guy now haha. I guess I could have added to my original post that this 8-1 350" Im doing now will have 2 60mm turbos sitting on it. I have the headers built now and I am slowly making headway. I am building a single turbo set of headers now to ease my way into it. The single I have will make me around 500. SHould be a good start to a learning curve. Then when Im ready I will header swap and add the 2nd pump. Just takes time ya know ??? Heres a pix of the headers before I stuck the turbo flanges on them.

Wasn't quite ready to show these but what the H*** right ?

Welllllll I have had a change of heart with the single turbo idea. Well.......... maybe not a change of heart but more like a "screw it" !!!!!! Posting an updated pix as of about 2 hours ago. I went ahead and said put em both on from the git go and lets figure this turbo "shhhtuff" out HAHA. Gonna have to get this heap up and running a bit quicker now. Still got that appointment with my chassis guy and now I'm gonna have to punt holes in my hood lol. What yall think ???
