thanks, if we test it tomorrow it's possible but they are calling for rain, the next race is on the 25th so there will be video of that.

here's the car at the track testing yesterday, we have video of it but the guy has not uploaded it yet. The car did well for it's shakedown test and we'll be back next week for some serious testing

It's an old D.J. Kennington car that was raced in the Nascar Canadian Tire series. He is known for fast cars so this one should do well. The difference in the cars at the higher level besides the engine is the suspension set up, particularly the shocks and tires. At the track yesterday there was a late model being tested and they run the same engine with the same 4 bbl carb. They have better shocks and 10" slicks compared to our 8" slicks and they run the 1/3 mile track a second quicker than our cars.

we tested again yesteday and our times are quicker then the lap record so we should be having a good race on Saturday. I was told we have video of the testing but I can't find it. Here's how the race car looks now that it's all complete and hopefully it wont look much different after the race..

That's the meanest looking Avenger I've ever seen.

it's not bad for a low budget build..as it sits we have just a little less than 10 k in it and it took us less than 2 weeks to build it. We're hoping to get a few good races out of it to get some sponsors attracted for next year's car...
