I've been visiting off and on for years. Just never registered until now.

I have an 88 Cutlass Supreme Classic resto-mod project that I'm working on. Hoping to have it running this year.

Welcome to the site.

welcome aboard

Sorry for the delay in response.

Here are a few pictures of the car. I'll start a proper build thread soon.

It's a 1988 Cutlass Supreme Classic. My grandmother purchased the vehicle brand new, and put 223k miles on it before giving it to me after she bought a replacement vehicle. The most extensive work that it ever had to have prior to my ownership was that the water pump had to be replaced once. Everything else was as it rolled off the factory floor. It had a serious oil leak (you'll see that in the build thread), but still ran and drove well, even though it rode really high and very soft.

I have replaced almost all of the suspension components, and have swapped the factory Olds 5.0 in favor of a SBC 350 that is bored .040 over and has a fairly healthy cam.

It sat stagnant for a long time, but I'm finally in a position to be able and try and finish it up and get it back on the road.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I have been meaning to put up a build thread, but life has been happening to me repeatedly. Most recently, I'had to have surgery last week to replace my pacemaker, so I'm not allowed to work on the car for a couple of weeks. That is kinda driving me nuts too.

I will do by best to get at least something up this weekend at the latest.

I have several pictures of the stuff to this point, but sometimes it is hard to stop what you're doing and take pictures when you're in the groove, LOL.
