Is anyone thinking of going to the last fling til spring car show in West Point NE? I think we may have booth set up for our powder coating business ( Top Dog Powder Coating ) ...trying to decide if I should bring the car too! I think the show is on Sept 19th? 8)

Hmmm, that might be worth checking out. I honestly don't even know where West Point is. :lol:

BTW, I was going to mention- There was a recent-ish issue of Hemmings that had a feature on a Chevelle SS. I don't recall the year or engine designation, but I do know that it was a big block that had factory chrome valve covers on whichever level of engine the car had. Wanna say it was a 396 car. But I guess the chrome covers might not be as out of place on a factory interpretation as I had thought.

It's northwest of Omaha by about 45 mins. Unless you drive faster then its not 45 mins.
