I've owned/built many G-Bodys since 1988. My first car was a 79 Buick Regal Limited but its long gone. I've had several Monte SS' and GNs. I've now got an oddball 78 Olds Salon aeroback. Its in a million pieces but gonna get its turn soon. I mainly build 55,56, and 57 Chevys. I recently received a letter in the mail stating that I must remove all inoperable vehicles from premises. I decided to get the Salon mobile under its own power and tag it current. Funny story on this Olds. Me and a friend found it driving around one day several years ago. I bought it for $500, got it titled and tagged, tuned it up and drove it for about a week. It needed everything-interior, paint, and tires. I stripped it of all parts, painted it black, and then traded it to the friend that found it with me. I never reassmbled it. He had it for a year or two and did not put it together. I ended up with it again but without motor(305). I've got a 350 in my garage though. Here it is the day I got it home the first time before tearing it down.

Welcome aboard, Hafrod. I like the 78 79 Salon body styles. Do you have any more photos.
