New guy here!

Welcome, I like the look of the patina on the car. Would be cool to get the cap to somewhat match it

Welcome to the GBodyForum!
Clean the crap out of that thing and see what you have! That will give you a good idea of what needs done. It looks to be in decent shape and a great ride to start with. Next, get a pen and notepad, yes paper, and write down everything you want to do to it. No matter how crazy. There is a lot that can be done for little to no money and get your car in the direction you want it to go. The Z28 rims always look good on the Gbody's. The cap is indeed quite unique. It's a love/hate thing. Some people will absolutely love it and others will not. Remember, it's your car so you make it yours.
Ask all the questions you need to and we will be able to give you help and advise. Can't wait to see what you do.

Thanks!
Absolutely will do.
I just got it home last weekend, the plan for now is to strip it down to the shell and have it ready to pulled off the frame.
The canopy is definitely not staying on, but I have some lofty goals for it on the side lol.
My biggest issue right now is the rot in the smugglers box area. I have posted pics of it and asked for help as well.
Thanks again for welcome, cheers 😎🤙
