Current plans are to use it as a daily driver in the summer. No real mods, running well. The 4.3 TBI has enough power for cruising around. Just change the speakers, originals were shot. Prior owner installed a Pioneer head unit that finished off what was left of the paper cones.

Dang bro! I am supremely jealous of that car. I love my Monte but that one is the body style of my first car I had. Super hard to find in that condition. Also I am from Buffalo. I have parts and know how with that car. I'm pretty knowledgeable with the TBI's so If you want to do upgrades or a swap I'd be glad to help where I can.

Oh I just read this part. Its actually great that you plan to just cruise in it. If I could have done anything different it would have been to swap the rear end first and leave the motor for a season or two. I still have those 2.73's in 🙁
