Nice car!! Beautiful country, I was in Bergen for two weeks along time ago. Whats the price of Gasoline/Petrol nowadays? It was more than 5 Dollars a gallon a few years..Can you still get the McFisk at McDonalds?

Yes it is beatiful here, but we have too short summer here though, that darned winter! Ha..Ha.. 😀 The gas price.. Lets see. It is about 12.50 Kroner per liter now, that equals too 2 dollar per liter.

Per gallon that is 7.56 dollars...... And most of that price is tax to our country... We have extreme taxes here.. And in a country that has most of it income from oil? It`s stupid if you ask me...

Ha..Ha.. McFisk/McFish 😀 I dont eat that much on McDonald`s I dont think that is the greatest thing to put in your body, everything is so mushy and strange, I like burger king better of the Burger chains. (McDonalds goes down also though.. 😀 )
But yeah there is something they call Fillet-O-Fish on McDonalds, I dont know if that is something they sell much of though.. Ha..Ha..

Welcome aboard! Are there many other cool G-body cars in Norway? When you mentioned McFisk, I was thinking that Mc Donalds offers Lutefisk on their menu? I wouldn't be surprised.
That stuff sounds awful. I guess you have to develop a taste for it....yuck!
You have a nice ride by the way.

Thanks. 🙂 There are some G-bodys here, most of them are Monte Carlo SS`s , there were a lot of Malibu and Cutlass wagons, many whit diesel 350`s. Almost most none Buicks for some reason. But most that have been daily drivers are rusted up.
And taxes skyrocketed in the 80`s on cars so people stopped buy US cars by the mid-late 80`s.

Only wagons kept the sales up because they got registered as a "van/delivery" whit no rear seats so they got cheaper,
there were even F-bodys and Porsche 928`s kind of cars that the rear seat were taken out and the rear hatch were switched out so they became a pick-up! Then the price got more normal.

Ha..Ha.. Lutefisk? I believe the majority of people do not like that jelly-like-substance.. 😀 If we like it, it is probably just something we say to visitors so they tries it.. Ha..Ha.. 😉 Im kinda a red meat and potatoes guy though.. 😀
