as a holden with an LS1, it was great. a family car that rocked *ss.
as a GTO, not so much. it just didn't hold up to the tough image that the original did.
the first time i saw the new gto's i thought it was a saturn! then i realized it had an LS1, and thought "sleeper"
i'd drive one, but i wouldn't pay what they were asking for one! if it had looked a little meaner it may have done a little better!

I think GM did alot better with the G8. It just looks really mean and has the same looks as a BMW. I have been in the GTO and I was really impressed with the acceleration and handling of the car, but I agree the looks of it could have been much better.
