The trim on your front your bumper thats not stock is it ?The hood looks great tho.

I'm not sure if the trim is stock or not it was on the car when I got it from the old man.

The hood looks great! Time to cut those coils though... Are you going to pull it out and take some pics outside too? Would love to see some. I always wondered what a cowl would look like... do you know if they offer a 2" cowl?

Ya I'm going to have to cut the coils but I might just get a set of Moroso front springs. I'll probably have to cut them to. As soon as the weather gets better I'm going to wash the car and take some better pictures outside. It looks like they only offer stock type Fiberglass hoods and 4" cowl hoods/ Here is the VFN Web site.

it looks like she want to do a wheelie sitting still

Well one good thing I should get great weight transfer like this. It looks like the old racers from the 50's and 60's with solid front axles. Just not that high thank god. Don't worry when My 320lb Big AZZZZ gets in it, it will be level with the ground. LOL!! I will probably wait and get some Moroso trick front springs and I will trim them.

dude that looks awesome. nice work!!

it looks good, i will have to take some pics of my cowl hood on my 78, my hood isnt as great quality as yours, since i got it 4 years ago from a place called showcars fiberglass (please dont go there) but then again i only paid $180 shipped for it so many years ago. The only downfall i've seen with the big cowl hoods are that nobody thinks your stock or a "sleeper car" anymore

I would love to see those pictures. After they hear my gear drive and the 3" exhaust behind my 500hp 388 and see the Ford 9 inch rearend they will probably know something isn't right. The hood is just the icing on the cake.LOL!! If you can send me some pics of the BB Chevy under that cowl hood also. I might want to do that some day kind of curious what one looks like in a 78 Monte engine compartment. I know they are out there just never seen one personally. Thanks for the comment also.
