Got my new catalog today and seen this. Too bad I just spent 1 million hours fabricating my rear floor brace.

Don't knock it! I'll gladly take all the new aftermarket parts they come out with for our cars. We need the support!
It does pretty much suck that it happened after you were done tho...
:-(

Man I looked all over for these braces, before venturing on with fabbing them up. And they are not that expensive. Well at least I got some hours of practice under my belt.

Lance, have they come out with the boxes that the seats bolt to that are welded to the floor as well? I'm replacing my floor pan in my '78 monte and I hacked these out pretty good but will need to grind welds for a while. If they have these parts it will save me serious time. Thanks !!!!!!

I haven't seen them in any catalog yet Geo. Toby might know. I just reused the old ones off my old pan. I think it was 6 spot welds per bracket. Don't forget about your driveshaft hoop brackets too.

Man I had 3 welds each side so at least 12 for each box!... Lol... Box's got a little beat up is why I asked... Nothing that can't be grinded, just thought new boxes as well would be sweet.

Oh I thought you were talking about seat belt brackets. They do make reproduction inner seat mounts but are pricey, opgi had them and can be bought on ebay or here.
