new shocks

With C/O's swapped in up front, you'll need to try & figure out the spring rate through the manufacturer or swap back to the original shock-in-spring orientation.
Same for the rear..... Make sure the bags (air-springs) fit the needs for your desired ride height. Cranking up the air pressure to raise it high enough to clear other changes can yield crappy ride quality. Bags have ride-height spec requirements. Below or above those specs can def impact the ride

my intention is to replace the old rear air shocks with the new rear Bilstein shocks I just received no air bags, at same time I'll try adjusting the front coil over and if that doesn't solve my problem then I will swap back to a stock set up (new springs and shocks) as suggested by you and other members instead of wasting time and money trying to figure out the right spring rate for the front shock.

thanks again

Ahh.... air-shocks.

Gothcha. I saw 'air' & thought maybe it had air-springs in the rear.

If you have the car weight riding on an air shock rather than a spring, then that HAS to be resolved. Doing that is similar to using a block of wood for your suspension - no give.
