HELP New Stereo, decisions decisions

That is a lot of money for a single din unit.

I just picked up a double din Nakamichi with apple car play, 3 pre-amp outputs, and other modern features for $50 from Woot. Going to change the radio bezel to a double din one, and wire in a backup camera. I play all my music via USB or streaming so no need for CD / Cassette.

I'll bite since I also use Woot: is that where you heard of Nakamichi and what's the life expectancy? I see that they're Japanese and have been around for 50 years but am unfamiliar with them. Got a model number? I'd like to scope it out for kicks.

Nakamichi is no longer the good Japanese Nakamichi of the 90's. It is cheapened chinese stuff now, however for the money I decided to roll the dice. It got decent enough reviews online for the $50 I spent.

The model I bought was the NAM3510-M7

The deal ends January 2:

Half of what's being said is still about brands I prefer Sony pioneer clarion some of the brands like jvc are to fancy and will defect to soon I can say for Sanyo that the old DVD players would play more formats of burned Dvds.Cars like Nissan have them little magnet speakers and you have to change them as far as I know a standard stereo won't run them thanks
