I've been lurking here for a while and I figured I'd join. I have owned this car since I was 18(33 now) and have done every modification myself short of the paintjob. I've been drag racing since I bought it and have changed it a bit every year to get it a little faster, more fun and reliable. I currently run a Dart blocked 408 SBC with Brodix Track1 CNC 227 heads and large solid roller. The Clutch is a Ram sintered iron setup and the 4 speed is a Jerico DR4. The clutch setup was a pain...I mounted a wilwood master cylinder and use a slave cylinder and billet fork. It runs mid 10's on a 9x30 slick. I do cruise it on the street also. I backhalved it myself with a S&W race cars Ladder bar backhalve kit about 8 years ago. I just never tubbed it(I'm a small tire fan). Here is a couple pics and a video. Mark

Welcome! Very nice car and very nice pass. I love the fact that you run like that with all the chrome dressing and everything still on...guy that lost must be sad that he lost and doesn't look that good
