Sold my 68 Camaro 500hp rocketship that my wife wouldn't even ride in due to the noisy exhaust & I admit over the top.
Bought this beautiful 87 Caballero that's almost all original, even a throaty but great exhaust - wife even likes it!
Great car needs some tender loving care & minor work which I like as age catching up with me doing the engine & transmission swap thing.
But, having fun driving a car that even has a working original radio even though it's a cassette player.
Of course I must do something to it so I Just installed a vinyl tonneau cover

I own a 78 Caballero which I have been doing a few upgrades on. I also have a 79 El Camino on which I would like to add a tonneau as you have done. Was the cover an easy project, or did you have someone do it for you?
