I just got my first Gbody. I am new to Chevy only had a couple over the years and never one to really work on. I grew up a die hard mopar man. I had a few I started , but sold them before getting very far into it. I always seemed to run into something beyond my capabilities or wallet. They are so expensive to work on.
I came by my malibu by accident. I had a small 20 hp tractor that a friend at church asked if I wanted to sell. I jokingly told him I would trade it for an old truck he had. He came back with an offer of his malibu. Even swap. The car is amazingly rust free and straight. The interior needs the most work. He has just put a 350 with headers, cam, and holley four barrel on it. New exhaust, cowl induction hood, and 85 monte ss rally wheels. I cant wait to get started on it.
The first thing I need to do is get the vaccum line for the brakes straightened out.
