I have the 17 x 8 coy's c5 wheels all the way around on my regal with 4.5" backspacing. The fronts rub a bit under harsh cornering due to the worn out suspension and my laziness in not putting my new suspension on yet. The backs have at least 3/8 to 1/2 inch clearance between the wheel and frame. Theyre no issues with the control arm in the front as this is a 17" wheel. You would have issues with the control arm if you were to use stock 14" wheels with the 2" drop spindles though. Just fyi.
