new wheels??? what you think??

So, i was planning on getting these wheels off a guy on craigslist, he first priced them at $700 but after time past he took them down to $420 talked him down to $380. 😀 They are aluminum 17" centerline razor the rears are deep dish they have tires but may need new ones in the near future.so i wanted your guys opinion what do you think? Are they worth it? does any body have them on there car already??
