MALIBU No air blowing.

Hey there. It’s been a while since I have been on, I have that pesky intermittent now failed blower fail
All new parts !! Except the controller!
Went off and on for a bit. But now it’s off !
I had a buddy fiddle around with the controller and success!
Only to be in a situation where the idle is compromised as I put it on . The ole rev ing till I take it off defrost. Vacuum issues?

Winter in Boston. This is not fun.

I am assuming it’s the controller. Is there a permanent fix ? I need a video as I will
Attempt the repair. Can someone point me in direction?

Resistor ⭐️
All new.
