no heat out of front vents

Just put the upper slide control on either vent, "norm" or max and move the lower slide control to the right (heat side) and you will get hot air out of the dash vents.
 
i got it now i just had to do alittle switching with the vacuum and get new line in.. thanks now all i need is high relayblower switch

Can you post a picture of the line you replaced? Mine is doing the same thing.

1: vacuum find a vacuum source
2:find the line that will control duct switching
3: purchase line at autozone 4$ 3foot

I got an 85 model wit a 307 and notin comes outta my top vents. I checked the vacuum accuator but I don't know if its bad. What about the purple and grey lines under the hood? I also had the glove box off and saw a colorful assortment of vacuum lines but they looked to be in good shape. Any help???
