NO HEAT!

I think it's the slider switch in your car it's not opening up the flap door behind the glove box. I usually have to close that because I get too much heat in the summer time with the headers and T Tops off. I would check it out there

you will see an L shape black plastic bracket with a white plastic clip. that's where the long thin threaded bolt attaches to. if that is not attached it will only circulate cool air.

Just drove it over 30 miles. Attempted to remove the cap and there was pressure. Both top and bottom rad. hoses were warm and both heater hoses as well.
 
You should see the item where the RED arrow is pointing to connected to a bracket that when it slides it opens and closes the duct/vent door

Well, brought it inside at work today. It's the blend door cable. Once it's put in the defrost position, it doesn't return to the heater position.


HUrray! Was now you know! Should be easy to fix.
