i have a th350 and my carb doenst have a kick down cable. i was wondering where i could get one and how i would go about hooking it up to the carb and transmission? its a 650 cfm holley carb on a 307 sbc.

just about any parts store should carry them. It's an aftermarket bracket that will fit both your throttle and kickdown. I just paid$25.00 for mine last week

does it come with instructions?

only on how to install the bracket. other than that, you might be best off grabbing a g-body haynes manual and reading up on how to change/adjust the detent cable. it's not too bad, i'll be doing mine soon.

whats a manual valve body?

you would replace the valve body in your transmission with a full manual valve body and then all shifts in your car would be manual.

well i went to pepboys looking for faux knockoffs for my satty and ended up buying a throttle cable bracket with detent setup. so now i just gotta get some headers, roller rockers and finally take the damn thing apart and get it running!
