What do I need to install the Grant No Wheel No Steal anti theft system on my 88 Cutlass Supreme Classic, I currently have the stock steering wheel installed on my car.

I believe you need the kit and a Grant wheel to go with it. A friend of mine had a new 86 T Type and then a new 87 GN and after three theft attempts he bought that kit. After that no one ever tried to steal it again.

Does anyine knoe if you can use the stock steering wheel with the kit instead of buying a grant wheel?

My friend with the GN could not so he had to buy a Grant wheel. That was in 1988 though so it may have changed since then

Of course, you can also do what I used to do in college in the Boston area (car theft capital of the world). I had a 1972 442 with the factory four spoke steering wheel. Pop the horn button off, remove the three screws from the horn ring, and remove the six screws holding the wheel to the hub. Take the wheel with you and the car will not be stolen. I got to where I could take the wheel off or put it on in less than 90 seconds.

U can use similar steering wheels but its best to use a grant wheel. I already had my wheel and got my kit off ebay for next to nothing compared to the store price. Took forever to find one on ebay and I just happened to come across an auction one day. I'm comfortable with taking it on and off now. I have pics in my build thread if you want to check it out.

I don't think Boston can compare to the folks who use the Washington bridge in NY as their hunting and dumping grounds. Those guys are good!
