What / where was the reservoir construction visible in Deliverance? Was that in Georgia as well or perhaps a TVA thing over in Tennessee?

'Gonna be just like Texas where one guy follows the other 'home' after a Road-Rage incident & then shoots him @ his home in 'self defense'.
The problem was.... It was the wrong guy. Seems he didn't follow close enough & found a random guy w/the same make/model/color of vehicle & assumed that's him. The innocent guy being confronted see's some dude coming @ him w/a gun & as expected goes into self preservation mode which leads to gun-fire & an innocent man dead.

Remember.... Guns don't kill people, people kill people. People w/guns however can, will, & do kill people.

The water scenes were split between Georgia and South Carolina, with a good chunk being on a river right down the border line.

Things like that happen just as easily, constitutional carry or not.

The big benefit of constitutional carry is people may think twice before brandishing knowing others can take them out. The guy who wants to use the gun for ill purposes doesn't care whether it's legal to carry or not.

Thanks, could have looked that up, but having always been interested in public works, remembered the reservoir construction from the movie. Ned Beatty died just a few years ago, but remember him more as the bumbling "Otis" in the superman movies.
