I hate to ever hurt any dog. More times than not its the owner that need to be shot rather than the dog. But there are cases in which dogs mistake small kids as game and their instincts kick in. So if one day I walk outside and its running around my yard foaming at the mouth, I'm not going out empty handed.

About the gun, I figured out that the breacher on the end of the barrel does have an intended use instead of just a meat tenderizer. They call it a door buster and its used to bust through a door or fire though the door and vents allow the gasses to escape instead of back into gun and self destructing it.

That's the only problem with dogs-the owners. I have known of a few people who owned Pits or Rots that used them as a penis extension and not as a pet. Unfortunately, these people give the whole breed a bad name. While I would contend that most of these dogs are not prone to violence more than any other dog, they are far more capable when they do get pissed off and so they make the news. After all, sensationalism sells news, and so "journalists" are always looking for it.

When and if they come for our guns it is our duty by the constitution to stand together and SAY NO WAY! Our fore fathers died to make us free and they expect us to keep it free.

I guess that's one nice thing about living in Nevada...full auto is legal here with the right paperworkng. When I went out to get my CCW a few years ago, they handed all of us an UZI and a full clip just to have some fun...awesome, but I'll stick with my Winchester for now

We had some fun with the shotgun this weekend... The damn thing kicks like a mule, but I love it. Using some small 2 3/4 #7.5 shells it tore the crap out of 10gal? bucket and half inch plywood. If someone breaks in here I'm going to have to ask him to step outside before I shoot to save my ears and walls.
