HELLO EVERYONE THIS IS MY FIRST POST ON HERE.
I NEED HELP!!!!

I HAVE A 85 CUTLASS WITH THE CARBURATED 3.8 V6 IN IT AND I ALSO HAVE A 93 CORVETTE WIT THE FUEL INJECTED 350 LT1IN IT, I WAS WONDERING WAT IT WOULD TAKE TO PUT THE LT1 IN THE CUTLASS

THE CORVETTE IS CRASHED BUT ITS 100% COMPLETE SO ANY DONOR PARTS I CAN GET FROM IT.
PLZ HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT THANKS IN ADVANCE
 
Heres a general idea of what i know about it...

Driveshaft will need to be modified. YOu will need a 27 spline output shaft for ur driveshaft as well
93 is a tricky year some vettes had 700r4 and some 4l60e if it is 700r4 u wont meed a computer if it is 4l60e u will need either the factory computer or a stand alone. Crossmember will be an issue as well. Jusst relocate it if you can. I believe you will need different headers or manifolds off the LT1 and maybe motor mounts. Ive never done onebut that about what i could think of. Also if it was me if you have issues running the computer just use stand alone all together and mount it unseen. Shifter linkage mite be an issue as well.

I WAS LOOKIN INTO THAT N I FOUND PREETY MUCH THE SAME THING UR TELLIN ME
I NEED NEW ENGINE MOUNTS, HEADERS, WHICH I CAN GET FROM A SAME YEAR MONTE CARLO WITH A SB ,THE CROSSMEMBER WILL HAVE TO B MODIFIED SOME,THE transmission IS A 700R4 N I WILL JUS GET A FLOOR MOUNT SHIFTER, AND LIKE U SAID I WILL HAVE TO SHORTEN THE DRIVESHAT A LITTLE BIT
AND AS FOR THE WIRING HARNESS I WILL JUST STRIP IT DOWN TO THE BARE MINIMUS ... IM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE A/C OR ANY OF THE SENSORS TOO MUCH AS I WILL B INSTALLING STAND ALONE GAUGES N SENSORS ACCORDINGLY
