Nice you should be all set then. Do you have the AC box or just heat, and how is clearance between that and the valve cover? That is the only place where mine is close, other than this it fits like it was meant to be there.

That is a nice set up! It looks like you fabricated the intake plenum and are using an LT1 throttle body. What intake are you using and will that set up clear the factory hood?
Thanks for the kind words .This is an LT1 throttle body. The intake I am using is professional products . Unfortunately this setup will not fit under the stock hood. I am currently running a cowl induction hood . Check out my build thread for more details and pictures
 
I actually removed the entire box and put a block off plate there, but I just finished installing an aftermarket heater today. The motor wouldn't fit with the tall valve covers I have on it unless the heater box came out.
