Olds Rally Wheels????

On my 81 the guy had a set of very nice 14inch olds rally wheels with the center caps and trim rings and nice 195/60/15 tires. My question is what are these worth. If some one wants them then make a offer and come and get them.

$300 if the rimes and tires look good

$400 if the Rims look new but the tires have some ware
