You have to transfer all metal brackets & the reinforcement from an OE dash. The fiberglass "core" that gets covered has bosses to mount but needs to be cleaned up better & most needed holes are drilled.It's later....

Interesting. the page on OPGI site says they don't use fibreglas because it's not as durable as the injection molded inner core. From what I saw it looks like gray fiberglass under the foam & vinyl unless Dashes Direct have their own special resin. The OE clear white looks more durable.
