As far as camshafts go the replacement you have is very likely a factory original that had been re-ground to original profile. There should really be no need to worry about it as long as your engine oil has the appropriate additives. The original cam may look good but will likely have wear and I wouldn't recommend reusing it even with new lifters. What brand are the "Jobber" parts? At one point in time most "Jobber" parts were TRW brand which I think may have been the OE manufacturer as well. I have never seen a part with no manufacturers name etc... And just because a manufacturer made OE components doesn't mean they're the only ones with that quality. The fact of the matter is todays parts are better from a materials technology standpoint than they were in 1980.
You also have to consider that the 267 is not a popular engine and doesn't warrant as many aftermarket parts as the 350. Off the shelf piston choices will be slim. I do know KB Silvolite cast pistons are available for the 267. All other internal parts are standard small block. Just pick what you need from reputable manufacturers and you'll be good to go.
