Look at them closely, it's ussually the bracket mount and pulley type. The pump itself is likely the same. 8)

Sure it will I'm using the 1 from my original 305 on my 350 vortec engine.

In the future I'd suggest you mention what make and year 'stock 350' you may be refering too. Big difference between, say a stock 69 W31 Olds 350 and a stock 78 Chevy 350 from a truck.
