As stated. I just bought an 85 442 that has really bad paint peeling problems in a few areas across the roof and quarters. The car will sit out side for a little while till the panels are available. I want to put a bandaid over the SURFACE rust to keep from getting worse. So do I sand down to bare metal and remove the rust and go over with some rust preventative and spray bomb it to keep the elements out in the near term? See pics on what you think.
