does any aftermarket company make patch panels for g body wagons or 4 door gbodys for that matter? let me know please.

I dont think so.

What do you need? I know you said new pieces but I am able to cut parts off a 82 Malibu wagon, only the very rear quarters are no good.

the only thing i really need is the pass. side lower rear inner door jam. i can make the piece but i was just wondering in case i find something i didnt see before.

You might be better off fabbing a piece for that. Is this in the lower rear C-pillar area just forward of the quarter panel, or on the B-pillar?
You could post some pics to indicate what you're referring to.

it is the lower rear c piller i guess.i know i can fab it , the rot isnt that bad its just a hole about the size of a half dollar. i was more wondering in case i cant fab or dont have the means of making the piece. and im still trying to post pics, most of my photos were takin with an ipod and it wont let me tranfer them as of now. i think i have to reformat them. i know cars more than computers

As long as the area isn't complete Swiss cheese, you'd just cutaway until there's solid metal to weld to and make a patch using 18-20 ga. sheetmetal. If your friend with the welder would weld a patch in for you, that would be sweet.
Find a piece of un-galvanized metal that gage. It shouldn't be too hard. Worse come to worse, you can go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a small piece of sheet metal. You can use a piece of poster board to make a template of the area that needs to be patched. Then transform that on to the sheetmetal. It's pretty easy.
