PCV and power brakes on same vacuum line?

Is there enough clearance between the port in the intake and the bowl to use a 90* elbow?

Not even close, oh well got it fixed up now.

Went to the local parts store and in the HELP! Section they had a plastic universal vacuum tee. It had 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8", you just cut it down to whatever size you want. I cut the inlet and brake booster ends to the 3/8" size and cut the PCV end to the 1/4" size, works perfect now! I don't notice any difference in the brakes at all, and also no more nasty oil gas smell / mist 🙂
