Phoenix Graphics VS Stencil & Stripes? HELP!

If I understand the difference between the two kits, the S and S kit is silk screened on to one piece of tape, like the originals, and the PG is different colored pieces of tapes put together leaving you with ridges instead of one smooth piece of tape. I just ordered mine from S and S for my 84 H/O restoration.

PG is a solid stripe also, no ridges. Both look good. I've heard good and bad from both sides. I know of a guy that has an unrestored 83, may go look at his to compare.
