Picked up a bellhousing. Part # 10008979. Anyone have any more info on this bell? Looks like a g body bell with the lowered clutch fork stud. I found a little info on this number but not as much as other part numbers.

Looks to me to be a 15* canted BOP bellhousing. Maybe out of a 3.8 f body? I know the chevy f bodies with t5s used the canted bell.

I don't think it's canted. The transmission holes look parallel to the top block holes even though the trans mounting surface looks rotated.

FWIW I did not bother finding the correct G-body bell housing. I am using an old Pontiac OHC6 unit with the straight clutch fork and it cleared the floor no problem. The only thing I needed was the extra short Chevy 6 fork ball stud. Old timers will remember that GM offered 3 different length studs for various type clutch fingers.
